WELCOME TO THE CC7'S

Dubbed the "Official Kick Off to the Australian 7's Season" by International Sevens website Ultimate Rugby 7's (www.ur7s.com) The Fitness First Central Coast 7's Rugby Tournament will prove over the coming years to be one of the most electrifying tournaments in Australia. The tournament will feature fierce competition on field and a truly enjoyable festival atmosphere off it. 

THE TOURNAMENT

The 2010 electrifying sequel is scheduled for Saturday 9 October 2010 with the tournament open to 16 men's and 6 women's teams. The inaugural tournament in 2009 proved highly succesful attracting premier rugby teams in both men's & women's divisions with a number of national players taking part. The tournament was utilised as a selection trial for the Australian 7's team with National Coach Michael O'Connor casting an eye over the talent. The 2010 event has already attracted the interest from a number of premier Australian and overseas teams and is shaping as an explosive 2010 event.

The 2010 tournament will feature a real festival feel showcasing the equally important other side of rugby, the social side. Stay tuned for exciting further developments & announcements!
